The Kampong Cham Teacher Education College (KCTEC), established by merging the Kampong Cham Regional Teacher Training Center and the Kampong Cham Provincial Teacher Training Center, operates under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. Serving as the operational arm of the Ministry, KCTEC's core mission is to educate, train, and enhance the capabilities of primary and basic education teachers. To achieve these goals, the college actively implements short, medium, and long-term institutional development plans, builds the capacity of educational personnel, and designs curricula that strictly align with the national qualifications framework and labor market demands. Furthermore, KCTEC conducts comprehensive pedagogical research, publishes educational materials, and collaborates extensively with national and international partners.
